THE 4 TYPES OF EATING: Fuel, Fun, Fog and Storm

  1. Fog Eating is an unconscious way of eating. No pleasure. We want to eliminate this type of eating altogether and The REAL Skinny Shot is the answer.
  1. Storm eating is binge eating or eating when you are out of control. Also, a type of eating that we do not want to do.
