Important Eligibility Notice

Unless otherwise noted, the athlete’s age as of October 1 will determine their appropriate division. Competing in a division that does not align with the athlete’s age will result in disqualification and removal from the event.

Early Weigh-In Passes

Secure your Early Weigh-In Pass online through the Event Ticket Link before September 15. After that date, passes will be available onsite for $20 (CASH ONLY).

Note: Weight classes are subject to adjustment based on registration volume to ensure competitive and well-balanced brackets.

Eligibility & Rules

Athlete Registration

Weigh Ins/ Medical

Athletes must weigh in wearing an unaltered competition singlet.
No weight-cutting is permitted once weigh-ins begin.
Missed weight? No problem. Athletes who miss weight will be moved up automatically without penalty.
The Chief Medical Officer has the final say on all medical clearances. Their decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

INJURIES & Illness

If an athlete becomes injured or ill during the event, they will not be allowed to continue without medical clearance.
All decisions regarding injury or illness will be made by the Chief Medical Officer and are final.

Coach Access

To access the competition floor and/or the Coach Hospitality Room, a valid Coach Floor Pass is required.

Elite Coach Floor Pass: Includes access to the competition floor and the hospitality room.
Standard Coach Floor Pass: Includes competition floor access only.

The Robles Unstoppable Foundation – “I AM UNSTOPPABLE” Scholarship Award

The The Robles Unstoppable Foundation is proud to present the “I AM UNSTOPPABLE” Award to one high school senior boy and one high school senior girl participating in the Who’s Unstoppable tournament.

Each recipient will receive a $500 scholarship check to support their academic journey.

To be considered, all application materials must be submitted by September 15th and meet the following eligibility criteria:

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a registered participant in the 2025 Who’s Unstoppable Tournament
Must be a graduating high school senior
Minimum GPA of 3.2 (must submit official documentation)
Must have proof of acceptance to a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university
Submit a 500-word (or less) essay describing:
- Your Unstoppable story
- Your goals for college and beyond

Individual Awards

Top 6 place winners in each weight class will receive custom medals:

1st Place: Gold medal + Championship Wall Bracket
2nd Place: Silver medal
3rd – 6th Place: Bronze medals (3rd place medal includes custom ribbon)

Outstanding Wrestler Awards (OW BELTS)

Eight (8) Outstanding Wrestler belts — each valued at $600 — will be awarded across the following divisions (Boys & Girls):

Elementary Division (12U & under)
Middle School (14U)
High School – 16U / 9th–10th Grade
High School – 18U / 9th–12th Grade

Outstanding Wrestler selections are made by the tournament committee based on:

Bracket size
Number of seeded wrestlers
Quality of wins (falls, tech falls, majors)
Points allowed

The Robles Unstoppable Foundation Scholarship

Two $500 scholarships will be awarded to deserving student-athletes (1 Boy & 1 Girl, grades 9–12) who demonstrate need and potential — supporting both academic and athletic goals.

Team Awards:

Boys High School Champion Team: $1000 VISA Gift Card

Boys Middle School Champion Team: $500 VISA Gift Card

Team scores will be calculated based on the highest single scorer in each weight class. Every match counts — your team’s success is in your hands.

Remote Weigh-in information

Remote Weigh-in Site Criteria

If you would like to be approved as an official Remote Weigh-In Site for the Who’s Unstoppable Preseason Nationals, you must meet the following requirements:

Weigh-In Schedule Compliance:
- Your weigh-in schedule must align with team and individual travel plans.
- Athletes must be able to weigh in without delays or disruptions to tournament travel.
- Remote Weigh-In Date & Time:
  - October 3, 2025
  - 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Local Time)
  - No Early Weigh-Ins Permitted at Remote Locations
Adherence to Designated Times:
- All Remote Weigh-In Sites must follow the approved schedule issued by tournament organizers.
- Any deviations must be pre-approved by the tournament committee.
- Rawhide Event Center ONLY offers early weigh-in:
  - Early Weigh-Ins: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  - Regular Weigh-Ins: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
TrackWrestling Integration:
- Each site must have a designated statistician with TrackWrestling login credentials.
- That individual is responsible for entering official weights directly into the TrackWrestling system during the weigh-in window.
- Weigh-ins must be electronically closed at 6:00 PM local time.
