Registration, tickets, and payments

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable checkout or event materials, submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, placement, admission, a scholarship, sponsorship benefits, or vendor space.

Event participation

Participation is subject to the published tournament rules, eligibility requirements, waivers, safety requirements, venue policies, and staff instructions. A parent or legal guardian must complete or authorize submissions concerning a minor when required.

We may deny or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, comply with venue requirements, enforce event rules, address nonpayment, or respond to unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
