Remote Weigh-In Site Criteria

To be approved as an official Remote Weigh-In Site for Who’s Unstoppable Preseason Nationals, your location must meet the following requirements:

Weigh-In Schedule Compliance
- Your weigh-in schedule must align with team and individual travel plans.
- Athletes must be able to weigh in without delays or disruptions to tournament travel.
- No early weigh-ins are permitted at remote locations.
Adherence to Designated Times
- All Remote Weigh-In Sites must follow the approved schedule issued by tournament organizers.
- Any deviations must be pre-approved by the tournament committee.
- Sun Devil Fitness Complex is the only location that offers early weigh-ins
TrackWrestling Integration
- Each site must have a designated statistician with TrackWrestling login credentials.
- That individual is responsible for entering official weights directly into TrackWrestling during the weigh-in window.
- Weigh-ins must be electronically closed at the end of the approved weigh-in window.
